Emotional Agility is a four-step approach that allows us to navigate life’s twists and turns with self-acceptance, clear-sightedness, and an open mind. As we progress through life we are told to “think positive” and “hide our true feelings” but we are human. We need to deal with these emotions before we can move on. I have not yet completed the book but everything she writes about makes complete sense to me. The content is also backed up by scientific studies and numerous facts and stories – my type of book!
