Get Organised with Facebook Messenger Groups

Would you like to be more organised and more productive with your Facebook messenger? If so, then a good place to start is by changing the group names and include a nice image that is easy on the eye. In this very quick video, I will talk you through the simple steps to achieve this.

Many of the talks at Social Media Marketing World were based on Facebook Messenger.  The chat bots and integration that you can do with Messenger is amazing for the small business owner.  The guru’s were saying that Messenger will take over email and within 5 years will no longer be using services such as MailChimp or Constant Contact – it will all be via messenger.    If this is how it is going then it is time to jump on the bandwagon and learn the basics, starting with naming your groups.

1. Load Facebook Messenger
2. Click on the group of names that are part of your group
3. Next to the names you will see a little > – click here.
4. Navigate to the top right, click “edit”
5. From here you can name the group and also allocate a picture for the group
