How to Rearrange Your Facebook Tabs – 2017

Facebook have moved the manage tabs area yet again!  It is important to keep an eye on your applications on your Facebook page.  Unlike iTunes, where Apple are very strict on making sure that developers of apps are kept up to date, Facebook is very slap-dash.  The results are that thousands of applications within Facebook’s application store no longer work.  

Take a look at ALL of your applications on your Facebook page and see if they are still loading correctly?  Perhaps you have a menu or a price list that is out of date?  You may have a “meet the team” page which includes staff members that no longer work for your business.  Or perhaps you simply get the wheel of death when you click on an app.  It’s time to clean up your apps and tabs.

Step #1 – Click settings

Step #2 – Click Edit Page

Step #3 – Select a template that is relevant for your business

Step #4 – Drag and drop your tabs in order of priority

Facebook will autosave your choices.

Step #5 – Simply click the “page” button at the top and you will now see that the tabs have been re-ordered to your choice.
