Do not make this mistake. Earlier in the year I relied heavily on content from my guest bloggers and I became lazy when it came to writing my own blogs for the website. Hence this meant that our blog had a social media / online marketing article perhaps once every six weeks or so. All other content was business related, but not specifically for my target market or sector.
The consequences were that my figures slowly dropped from around 9,000 sessions a month to around 7000. Once I noticed the drop I changed tactics and we once again have a weekly blog which is social media focused and my stats have risen again.
Look at your stats, look at your content and make sure that you are writing good copy that is intended for your audience.
