Have you activated your “provide support” feature in Twitter?
Have you noticed that some Twitter accounts have a tag that announces that they “provide support”?
Simply search for anyone’s name in the top right-hand search bar and you will see that some offer support and others do not.
If you provide any type of help desk or customer service facility then I urge you to turn this service on.
To turn on the facility visit: https://business.twitter.com/i/settings/support and tick the “support business” box, edit your supporting open hours and add your welcome message.
You are then good to go!
