Are you easily distracted?

I am a big fan of having a clear mind as much as possible. I use the inbox zero method as per the GTD (Getting Things Done) method by David Allen, but I also utilise a neat little Google Chrome tool called Stay Focused.

Stay Focused is brilliant and it will keep you away from those social media sites, when you are actually meant to be focusing on that important blog article, or that tender that you need to concentrate on!
