As natural sales people, we feel that we want to tell the whole world about how good we are, how wonderful our products are, and the fabulous customer service that we offer. But visitors to your website only care about how you can help them meet their requirements.
Take a look at your homepage of your website and count how many times you write the words “you, or your”?
If the content is all about you, i.e., We were established in 1989, etc.”, then you need to have a rethink of your content. Websites are no longer brochures, they are working machines, and you need to think of the customer at all times. (About us page with exception!).
