How to build a rock solid employer brand – HR Technologies UK

HR Technologies UK Event Poster ft Christina Robinson

One of the fabulous things about being known in the recruitment marketing world is the exciting opportunities it gives me to speak at events. On the 17th and 18th of April, I will be heading to HR Technologies UK in London Excel to share my insights on how to build a Rock-Solid Employer Brand.

I have to be honest and say it shocks me over and over just how many organisations of all sizes are unaware of the concept and wondering why they find candidates who are on paper and at interviews ideal for the role who then choose not to take the role offered. More often than not, it comes down to a lack of, or worse, a bad employer brand. On day one of the event, I’ll be sharing how to externally communicate an employer brand that attracts talent for all the right reasons.

Why I’m talking about Employer Brand at HR Technologies UK

Employer branding is no longer just a buzzword – it’s critical in attracting and retaining top talent. Recruiters, Talent Acquisition and HR professionals must increase their understanding of employer branding and ensure they actively implement an Employer brand strategy. Why? So that they can benefit from all of the following…

  1. Talent Attraction and Retention: Candidates today have their pick of employers; a strong employer brand sets you apart from the competition. It attracts top-tier candidates who are qualified and aligned with your company’s culture and values.
  2. Employee Engagement: A positive employer brand attracts candidates and drives engagement and commitment among existing employees.
  3. Improved Business Performance: Companies with strong employer brands tend to experience higher productivity, innovation, and profitability levels.

I’m off now to get my slides finalised and my script ready to go. This really is an event well worth taking time out to attend – and it’s free! Get registered and I’ll see you there!
